The "nEXT Turbo Molecular Pump Station" can be configured with a turbo molecular exhaust speed ranging from 47 to 400 L/s, and the roughing pump can be selected from a rotary vane pump or a dry pump with a capacity of 1 to 20 m³/h. It is equipped with a TIC Turbo & Instrument Controller, allowing full control of the station through a simple interface.
